The Lubbock Symphony Orchestra will celebrate Selena’s legacy with a concert featuring Isabel Marie Sánchez on September 7, 2024, at The Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts & Sciences. Sánchez, a rising Tejano music star and the youngest winner of the Tejano Music Award for Best New Female Artist, will perform Selena hits such as “Dreaming of You” and “No Me Queda Más.” The event highlights Texas’ rich musical heritage and honors Selena during Hispanic Heritage Month.
