Dr. Edwards’ journey began traditionally enough. He received his undergraduate degree from Baylor, graduated from UT Houston Medical School, and completed his residency in Waco, but what happened in the small town of Post reshaped his understanding of medicine entirely.

While practicing as the county’s only doctor, Dr. Edwards encountered a patient case that changed everything: the reversal of celiac disease through natural methods. What followed was a year-long period of learning, questioning, and witnessing more patient improvements that conventional training had never prepared him for.
